EMILY MAKIS
With over a decade of defining drum and bass, Ben Hall and Simon James (better known as Delta Heavy) continue to innovate and inspire. Blending Simon's rich musicality with Ben's technical sound design, the duo has crafted a legacy marked by their signature, boundary-pushing sound.
Born and raised in Birmingham, DJ Hazard, whose real name is Scott Molloy, began his musical journey in the late 1990s, a time when drum and bass was still finding its feet in the UK. Inspired by the raw sounds of the genre’s pioneers, Hazard quickly developed his signature style; a blend of hard-hitting basslines, intricate drum patterns, and an unmistakable grit that has become synonymous with his name.
DJ Hype is a cornerstone of the drum and bass scene, celebrated for his razor-sharp scratching skills, crowd-pleasing jump-up sets, and pioneering contributions to the genre. Born in 1968 in London, Hype cut his teeth in music during the early ‘80s with the Heatwave sound system, later aligning himself with the influential Shut Up and Dance collective.
With a voice described as ‘heavenly’ and ‘enthralling’ by DJ Mag, Emily Makis’s emotive vocal lines can be heard on tracks from the freshest talent in Electronic music. Emily’s dark, perceptual writings have amassed support from BBC Radio 1 and 1XTRA, approaching the 6 million stream benchmark with Monrroe’s ‘Never Too Old’, featured in the iconic ‘15 Years of Shogun Audio’ album alongside Friction and Technimatic.

SIMULA
Serum, Voltage, Bladerunner and Inja have become figureheads individually but together they are much more than the sum of their parts. They are Kings Of The Rollers. The exceptional rise of the Kings Of The Rollers collective is nothing short of remarkable. As solo artists they’ve released music across the scene’s biggest labels and collected multiple awards in the process. Having collaborated extensively it was natural they would combine to form the powerhouse they are today.
Nectax exists in the gaps; a breakbeat scientist at heart, never fraternising too heavily with any single sonic blueprint in pursuit of his heterogenous sound. Entering 2025 fresh off a nomination for Breakthrough Producer at DJ Mag's Best of British Awards, Nectax has solidified himself as one of the scene's essential contemporary artists, unabatedly expanding into new sonic territories with his shapeshifting protean production style.
Operating under a nuanced identity, Lou Nour seeks to carry forth the legacy of successful predecessor Sicaria Sound via the conception of SICARIA: a persona marking her solo endeavours into the world of electronic music. Born and based in London but of Moroccan descent, SICARIA cites her envelopment of SWANA culture as the main influence shaping her identity growing up - providing a continuous exposure to music ranging from Classical Arabic to Egyptian Shaabi, Algerian Raï to Moroccan Gnawa and everything in between.
Simula is a groundbreaking force in contemporary drum and bass, pushing the genre’s sonic boundaries with his fierce production style and unmistakable bassline architecture. Hailing from the UK, Simula emerged inthe mid-2010s, quickly establishing himself as a standout artist within the heavier spectrum of DNB. Fusing jump-up swagger with neurofunk precision and cinematic atmosphere, he’s cultivated a signature sound that is as technically impressive as it is unapologetically rowdy.
